This is a great opportunity to slow down your practice and focus on the hips- area that's tight for most of us.
This workshop will include 90 minutes of physical practice in a mix of yoga styles, mainly Yin and Hatha. There will be no extra heat in the studio, just normal room temperature.
We will also practice breathing and at the end there will be a long guided meditation.
Everyone can join this workshop, no experience required.
Specially recommended for people who struggle with hip openers, forward bends and lower back problems.
Highly advised to runners, footballers and rugby players!
