HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training with personal trainer Nicole Clarke. Nicole will take the class through a continuous circuit of 10 exercises. Each exercise will be done for 45 seconds, with a 15 second rest in between. There will be a warm up and cool down at each class. If you've never tried HIIT this is a great opportunity to learn something new! There is no fee and class size is limited. Registration is required.
