Poetry Unplugged is a weekly open mic that runs every Tuesday at London's Poetry Cafe.
The event was started way back in 1996 by Jon Citizen, Carl Dhiman took over from 2001-2004 and Niall O'Sullivan has been running the event since 2004.
The only way to sign up is to do so in person at the venue between 6.45pm and 7.15pm. We do not accept email, phone or proxy bookings.
If the list is 25 readers and under then it's 5mins max per poet, 4 mins max if the list is 26 readers and over.
We never put a limit on the number of readers so, as long as you sign up in person on time, you will get a spot.
£5 full. £4 concessions and readers.
Please be aware that we do not accept card payments for the event. You can still use your card to buy food and drink at the Cafe but Unplugged admissions are strictly cash only.
