Join us this Spring for PLYC's signature Strength Training Program! Our program focuses on strength training, stability, flexibility and mobility exercises with the understanding that they all build upon each other. Strength training and mobility work together to make bodies stronger and maximize injury prevention.

Prepare to get maximum results with Patty Maraldo! Patty is a professional trainer, Pilates and Yoga Instructor. She will work individually with students to fine tune alignment and use an intensity level that meets the needs of each student. This 5 week series will be followed by subsequent series which will provide variety and build on what students learn. This class utilizes hand weights to strengthen and tone muscles.
Our Spring 2018 Series begins 4/5/18 and meets Thursdays 11:30-12:30pm through 5/10/18. There is NO Class on 4/26.

Investment ~ 5 week series is $110.

Drop-ins space permitting for $30 per class. Inquire with studio.
