Time to get FIT and FLEXIBLE.
We are running another flexibility course which will look at all areas... mainly box and front splits, back and shoulder flexibility.
You will get FIT, STRONG and FLEXIBLE on this course.
Suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility. Beginners to already bendy. You do not need to be a poler, but if you are this will help you achieve more flexible moves in your Pole class :)
