Pole Sisters Studios 6 wk Beginner Course.

Limited spaces available only 2 per pole

Learn tricks from simple spin to climbing. Safety and progression is the main aim in our classes.

Every class is 90mins with a 25 min cardio warm up, strength and stretch exercises before we move onto pole sequences, new moves and routines to ensure you get a full body workout!

Catch ups are available if u miss a session also on week 6 you get a chance to capture your progress on our week 6 photo week (optional and photos only for you to see your pole journey)
