The first half of the workshop will focus on a variety of exercises adapted from Pilates Matwork done using the foam roller. The second half will be dedicated to self-massage and stretches designed to improve flexibility and ease muscle tension.
During this workshop, you will learn how to use a foam roller to:

1) activate deep core muscles
2) improve balance and coordination
3) perform full body self-massage techniques to soothe & relax tight muscles.
