Join us to welcome Christine Fiordalis speak about the basics of homeopathy. Come learn about this safe, effective, affordable system of medicine, used worldwide, that stimulates the body to heal itself. Selection and use of homeopathic medicines, both in first-aid situations and for other common ailments, will also be explored. For those wanting to jump-start the discussion, the short introductory book "Beyond Flat Earth Medicine" by Dr. Timothy Dooley may be read online at no charge: http://www.beyondflatearth.com

"Christine Fiordalis has resided in South Bend since 1973 and has a long and dedicated interest in quality of life issues. In addition to concerns about the food we eat and the air we breathe, she has been involved with alternative medicine for 40 years, both as patient and student. Homeopathy is her special interest, and she has given numerous presentations on its history, theory, and use. Although not a professional practitioner, she is a serious lay student and has attended (and given) many teaching seminars and worked with friends and family members over the years. She currently serves on the board of directors of Homeopaths Without Borders, a national teaching and service organization that provides homeopathic health care in the Caribbean (primarily Haiti)."
