This class is designed to ramp up your knowledge of the poses of power yoga and get you more comfortable stepping into a yoga class. No experience or flexibility required.
What you Need: Wear athletic gear; anything you would play sports or workout in. Bring a water bottle, hand towel or full size towel, and a mat(mat &full length towel rental available for $5).
A former division one athlete, triathlete, marathoner and fitness enthusiast who turned to yoga after years of injuries to help heal his body. Like most men, Steve used excuses to avoid trying yoga because he thought t wasn't for him.
