In this 3 class Power Yoga Beginner Series, you will learn the basic alignment and form of the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga practice. Through demonstration, discussion, hands-on adjustments, and guided practice, we will provide you with a solid foundation of this dynamic style of yoga. You will begin to experience some of the benefits that can arise from practicing yoga such as increased flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health, as well as a sense of well-being and relaxed awareness. This is a perfect opportunity for you to take classes with other beginners, learn the basics, and get a solid foundation so you will feel confident attending any of our ongoing classes. This series is designed for students with no previous experience.
