Be still and know. By now most of you have heard this popular saying but what does it really mean to be still? How do we sit still? What happens when we sit still? What will we come to know when we finally do get still? In this Workshop we will learn how to get quiet and settle the mind through stillness. The intention is to feel our way into our lives and reconnect with our natural quietness. We will learn how to cultivate a wise relationship with our thoughts so we can access our inner freedom - a place where healing and peace are possible. You will experience a coming home to yourself.
