In this workshop, you will investigate how yoga will help your running. How it can prevent and correct injuries, how yoga can make you feel better, and give you new focus and tenacity with a direct positive effect on your running. I will use yoga poses that are appropriate for every level, targeting the main regions of the body we use in running: the hips and thighs; the core; the lower legs; and the upper body. You will learn a take home 1 hour practice that will include a dynamic warm-up for before your run and a routine to follow an easy run.
Wear yoga clothes, bring a mat, towel, water, running shoes and foam roller if you have one. Will be held in the unheated room.
