Please join us for special 75 minute class celebrating the Full Moon! This two-part class consisting of a 45-minute Slow Flow Vinyasa including Moon Salutations and a 30-minute Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. It is the deepest state of relaxation a yogi can achieve while awake. It is said that 30 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to 3 to 4 hours of sleep. Lie comfortably while we guide you through the eight stages of restful yoga nidra. The room will be warm but feel free to bring any item that may make you more comfortable (socks, small blanket/towel, bolster, etc).
