With support from the City of Syracuse - Office of the Mayor, The Print Hub, and Visit Syracuse we're bringing our mystery box of organic produce and pastured-raised meat from Grindstone Farm to Stone's Steakhouse in Syracuse NY for a new spin on dinner. Inspired by "Chopped" Executive Chef Brian Dewey and team will have limited time to make a four course mystery meal.
This is a private, first come, first served event as the restaurant is typically closed on Mondays. Tickets are required to attend this event hosted at Stone's Steakhouse

Our mission is to put the greater Syracuse area on the map as a foodie destination. We're doing this by creating a platform that allows and requires the Chef(s) to innovate their cuisine. We limit Chef Challenge Syracuse events to about 30-40 people to allow the Chef(s) to be as creative as possible. We reserve seats for bloggers, traditional press, and save a limited number of seats for quick to act fans from our great community.
Together, we can make Syracuse and CNY a foodie destination while supporting local farmers and businesses along the way.
