Big booties are all the rage right now. (Thanks, Kim Kardashian!) But the importance of properly training your glutes goes way beyond filling out your skinny jeans.
Our glutes are one of the biggest muscle groups in our bodies, and failure to strengthen them properly can lead to injury in the hamstrings and ligaments.
This workshop will focus solely on lower body development, specifically exercises that target the posterior chain. We'll demonstrate proper technique on some of the best moves to build and strengthen the booty.
