Arm balances are the very embodiment of strength. However, the more you understand the mechanics of these poses, the less strength you will need. In this workshop, we will explore every nuance of arm balances to set you up for success. We will deconstruct and reconstruct poses like Bakasana (crow pose), Parsva Bakasana (side crow pose), and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 & 2 (sage koundinya’s pose 1 & 2). Expect to have fun, expect to be challenged, and expect to surprise yourself with what you can do!
This workshop is ideal for students with at least 6 months of experience with vinyasa yoga – good for newer students & experienced students who want to learn how to strengthen their arm balance practice.
