Join this calming and confidence building developmental yoga class designed specifically for preteens. The environment is fun and non-competitive, where preteens can express themselves freely without peer pressure or judgment. Students participate in postures, breathing techniques, guided imagery and games –all designed to develop confidence, balance, emotional regulation, attention and creativity while promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Students learn how to tap into tools within to support them throughout the preteen years and develop a sense of individualism through a strong mind and body connection.
