During this workshop you'll be offered an introduction to Kundalini yoga. We will be moving our awareness through the seven main chakras of the body, practicing postures, chanting, mudras and pranayamas to enliven and balance each one. The session will culminate in a long meditation to help harness the Kundalini energy.
