Hatha class begins with a centering meditation, moving into various warm up stretches, followed by standing poses. Standing poses include some long holds while focusing on alignment, breath work (Pranayama), sun salutations, and balances. Class ends with deep floor stretches.

There is an optional 15 minute meditation after class. You are welcome to stay and enjoy!
