This workshop begins with a LECTURE on the history, nutritive value and simple technique of fermenting vegetables. We will get to TASTE a variety of different types of kimchi. Then get HANDS-ON blending a kimchi paste, and mixing customizable bowls of kimchi for each student to jar and TAKE HOME!
