Learn the art of making your own homemade vinegar from leftover wine, beer or fruit scraps.

This workshop begins with a LECTURE on the history and health benefits of vinegar. We will TASTE an assortment of homemade vinegars and DEMONSTRATE of their simple processes. Then, students will get HANDS-ON and make their own seasonal fruit vinegar to TAKE HOME!

Led by shop owner and DIY enthusiast, Elizabeth Vecchiarelli.
