Learn to create your own cocktail syrups and shrubs (a vinegar-based syrup) from a medley of herbs, spices and seasonal fruits. Liven up your cocktail game or mix with soda water for a refreshing spritzer!
In this class we will LEARN about a variety of common and specialty syrups, EXPLORE ways to recreate them using cane sugar or alternative sweeteners; raw vinegars and healthful fruit, herbs and spices. We will TASTE samples, share recipes and each student will TAKE HOME a seasonal syrup created during class.
