At Primrose Schools, we believe in the Primrose Promise: our commitment to forge a path to a brighter future for all children. Giving back has always been a core component of who we are as a brand. Through our Balanced Learning® Curriculum, we are able to instill that same passion in our students. We place a special emphasis on giving children experiences that enable them to learn the importance of caring for and helping others as part of our character development program.
Our annual Spring Fling is our school’s largest fundraiser aimed at encouraging a giving spirit in the community. Not only does the event raise money for a good cause, it also helps build an even bigger community at our school as we invite our Primrose families as well as others to join us and enjoy some fun, family-friendly activities.
This year’s event will be held on Saturday, April 14th from 11:00am-1:00pm at The Primrose School of East Louisville located at 1151 Dorsey Lane, Louisville KY 40223.
Funds raised at Spring Fling will be donated to Ronald McDonald House of Kentuckiana and the Primrose Children’s Foundation. The mission of the Ronald McDonald House of Kentuckiana is to provide a “home-away-from-home” for families of children receiving healthcare at area medical facilities while also lending support to other organizations who aid children.
The Primrose Children’s Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit entity created to help support the needs of young children and their families. For this year’s Spring Fling, the Foundation will be donating funds raised to support Save the Children.
Save the Children donations will be used to reach those children who are in the greatest need in communities throughout our country.
