It's a real shame because they are costing themselves time, result, effort and money. So, it's time to help and remove the doubt, and myths around what training methods work for particular goals.
Let's give you an example- cardio to get in the best shape of your life. A complete myth, will it work? Sure but weights will work much faster. Would you go direct from Melbourne to Sydney or go via Perth? Both will get you to Sydney but one will be much faster.
Does this mean we are anti cardio? Absolutely not, we will show you when cardio serves its purpose for you.
