-Welcome Appetizers-
Chili Rubbed Northwest Wild King Salmon Lollipops with tzatziki sauce
Prosciutto and Little Gem wrapped Mt. Tham Brie with 30 year aged balsamic
Thai Basil Firecracker Spring Rolls with garlic-chili dipping sauce

-First Course-
Thai Red Curry Soup
yam and sweet potatoes, crispy mung bean noodles, pickled daikon, carrot and cilantro

-Second Course-
Anderson Ranch Lamb Osso Bucco Tagine
Moroccan-spiced lamb shank, smoky tomato polenta, brussel sprouts, roasted castelvetrano olives and pistachio gremolata

-Third Course-
Grilled Fig Panettone
Bee Local Lavendar Honey and Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tham
