In this yoga class, appropriate for all levels of yoga and athletic experience, you'll learn poses to increase flexibility, especially in the hips and legs; spend some time cultivating sport-specific core strength and playing with balance.
This is the perfect Yoga class for people who have never done yoga before or experienced yogis
Strengthen all muscle groups and build better balance and flexibility. Stretch and recover. This class is a slow flow deep stretching class with some mobility and balance work mixed in.
Perfect to help reduce recovery time, and prevent injury.
Please bring your own mat if you like to practice on a mat.
Wear comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement.
For the comfort of all students Please refrain from wearing perfume.
Arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class to allow plenty of time to check-in and sign waivers.
Anyone with series medical conditions or injuries should consult a doctor prior to participating in a yoga. Listen to your own body, know your own limits.
Any student under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian’s signature on the waiver.
