The menu:
•Pâté de poulet avec baguette de levain croustillante et fromage de chèvre
•Pousses d'asperges et de pois avec pistaches et oeufs cuits à la molle
•Thon poêlé aux agrumes, tomate et sauce olive au-dessus du couscous
•mousse au chocolat


TRANSLATION:
•Chicken pate served with crusty sourdough baguette and goat cheese. Paired with Chateau st. Jean Cabernet Sauvignon
•Asparagus and Pea Shoots with soft boiled eggs. Paired with Toasted Head Chardonnay
•Seared Tuna with Citrus, Tomatoe, and Oilve sauce over couscous. Paired with Chateau St. Michelle Riesling
•Chocolate Mousse for dessert. Paired with Founders Breakfast Stout
