In this Arm Balance and Inversion Prop Workshop we’ll be working on just that! Suited for all levels, we’ll go back to basics going over beginner, intermediate and advanced poses while using the props to both modify and intensify our practice.
A lot of us think blocks and straps are used to make a pose easier, but I promise that’s not the case as we’ll be working on core, upper body strength, inversion drills and more!
We’ll complete our practice with a cool down of restorative poses using the props (hello Savasana with props!!!)
The only thing you need to bring to this workshop is a mat and an open mind willing to have some fun!
