This workshop will break down muscle groups, the postures, and help your body understand the mechanics and leverage of arm-balancing to make these inspiring poses part of your practice.
Modifications and use of props and the wall will be incorporated so that upon completion of the workshop, students are equipped with better body awareness, strengthening skills, and focus.
