Yoga on a paddle board. While Stand up Paddle (SUP) Boarding has been around for years, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga has only recently come into its own, and offers an exciting and challenging mix of paddle board and yoga – the perfect opportunity to bring the summertime in!

The intention is that each pose will be more challenging on a SUP board than on traditional mats. Balance, focus and core strength take centre stage. And there is still a Savasana at the end to bring all that work into a space that your body and mind can absorb and appreciate. All levels are welcome.

Monday evening classes 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
5 week series with Caitlan Carver
$125 for all 5 classes
drop in fee of $22.00
