Why not join a 'Make with Mary Jane' needle felting workshop and learn how to make two woodland animal brooches out of British, Merino and Corriedale wool tops.

The needle felting process is very simple and it doesn’t take long to grow in confidence and really begin to appreciate what a versatile and rewarding pastime it is. Don’t worry if you are not particularly creative as Mary Jane will bring a few examples of finished articles for you to get ideas from and she will take you through each stage step by step.

All materials to make your creation are included in the price of £26 and you will get a useful guide of hints and tips plus light refreshments throughout the session.

If you do not finish your second brooch in the allotted time you will have all the skills to finish your final brooch at home.

Recommended for ages 10 and above as sharp needles are involved.
No previous needle felting experience necessary.

You can use the main beach car park in Victoria Rd BH19 1PW just less than 10 minutes away from the venue. To get to the venue from the car park follow the signs for Swanage steam railway, walk down Station Road, the main shopping street and then turn right at the opticians and the venue can be found close to Chococo's.
