Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique allowing the body to relax into a state deeper than meditation. Brenda will guide you through various stages that will aid in releasing physical tension in the body, emotional tension suppressed within the mind and mental tension from excessive thoughts and stress.

In order to make this class as accessible to as many students as possible, we are offering this as a donation-based event. Recommended donation $10-$20. Please note that all Pure Bliss events require a minimum of 4 preregistered participants so please call 704-778-5717 to register or sign up in studio or online.
