Ballet inspired workout with extras!! You’ll preform yoga based stretches, mat segment of core work, legs at the barre, arms exercises with 2/3 lb weights and then a relaxing set of cooldown stretches.
In this 4 week Series you will learn barre inspired moves and learn how to embrace the shake!
Beginners Welcome and Encouraged to attend!!!

with instructor Marie Gehlher. Class will meet every Sunday at 4:30pm April 8th - 29th.
