A six-week progressive workout for YOUR successful season!

Are you ready for the upcoming cycling season!? The preparation takes place in the off-season, and that time is now! All levels are welcome-from the avid cyclist to those who enjoy cycling as a casual hobby-this workshop series is for you. There are specific ways to get prepared and stay injury-free.

Every Saturday from April 28th - June 2nd at 9:00-10:00am
(six Saturdays- come to all or some of them)

In this 6-week workshop series, you will learn key concepts for a well-rounded and healthy cycling season.

About the workshop leader: Ashley LaBore, PT, DPT, COMT

I graduated from The University of Miami in 2009 with a Doctorate of physical therapy degree. I assist with teaching and laboratories for doctorate of physical therapy students at The University of Minnesota, treat private patients, and I lead workshops and classes at Pure Yoga. I have an understanding for athletes, as I played volleyball at the collegiate level. I currently enjoy playing volleyball, hiking, cycling, and yoga. I am a healthcare provider who evaluates and treats individuals of any age that have issues that may limit their ability to move and function. I have a very “hands-on” approach, as well as extended training in wellness, fitness and functional training. I believe in educating my patients on their condition and customizing a plan for each individual. Treatments focus on YOUR goals, whether that is to enhance health and well-being, decrease pain or stiffness, improve flexibility and range of motion or strengthen in order to optimize your quality of life.
