Come relax, release tension and renew your body and spirit with a wintertime restorative Yoga class. We will practice breath work, restorative postures and Yoga Nidra relaxation. Poses are held for 15-30 minutes, allowing for deep rest, rejuvenation and stress reduction. Class is limited to six people. Registration by April 26 required. No drop-ins please.
