Learn how to incorporate Renewdle® into your Yoga practice for added relief from tension and tightness. Techniques will be taught to help restore mobility to five main areas. Specific anchored stretches to restore length to the fascial elements of the ribs/torso will be demonstrated. The workshop will start with a lecture from Pam Held, Licensed Massage Therapist and creator of Renewdle. She will give a short explanation of the neuromyofascial network and fascial elements, and how Renewdle can assist in alleviating tension from these areas. Then both Pam and Vani will take the class through a number of yoga poses using Renewdle to show how flexibility can be enhanced.
