A fermented (but non-alcoholic) drink that supports many aspects of health, kombucha has become popular for its probiotic and antioxidant content, as well as its fizzy and flavourful sipping experience.
Learn the hows and whys of brewing kombucha at home, and have a chance to sample the product at each step of the brewing process, including several finished-product flavours. Everyone will receive their own SCOBY, some starter liquid, and a handout with brewing instructions to take home.
