For the Good Beer Week we will be hosting a Boilermakers Dinner in our stunning regional tasting room.
A collaboration between our executive chef, head brewer and whisky manager will result in a 4-course dinner showcasing some of the finest products from the Bellarine region.
Includes produce from Ravens Creek Farm meats, Great Ocean Road Ducks and local seafood. The dinner will commence with an information session from our head brewer on our Prickly Moses craft beer and our onsite microbrewery with a tasting paddle of 5 from the range.
He will also talk about the exclusive brews he has created for the dinner - the reasons behind the food pairings.
Given that May 19 is International Whisky Day and we have a dedicated whisky bar we decided the dinner had to be a boilermakers, and as such, 2 of the courses will have a matched whisky to accompany the beer.
