Feldenkrais Method is movement education to help you identify body habits that lead to the experience of imbalance and pain. You will become more mindful of how you hold your body and learn how to improve your movements to feel calmer and more relaxed. This class will use gentle movements, directed attention and awareness, and will be done lying on the floor, addressing specific movements of the shoulders, neck and jaw.
