The 3.2 mile trail at Quiet Trails SNP loops from limestone ridgetop down to the Licking River and returns along a small tributary stream. This 165 acre preserve boasts a wide variety of birds, trees, and wildflowers as well as a rich human history along the river banks. Join director Carolyn Sexton and fellow Belles in the inaugural woman led, women only hike by Backcountry Belles, co-hosted by The Explore Kentucky Initiative.
The trail is moderate and rocky with a 300+ foot elevation loss and gain.
Please register by April 14. Cost is $20 per person. Space is limited to 15 participants.
