Backbends and inversions are powerful tools unto themselves, but integrating them within a single posture creates a benefit greater than the sum of its parts. In this workshop, we’ll introduce tools and techniques to find support, stability, and depth in both your backbends and arm balances, so that you can move your entire spine even while upside down. Fear not if you haven’t got a handstand yet; there are no ‘prerequisites’ to participate. Just bring your enthusiasm to get specific and technical with body awareness, break a sweat, and have lots of fun practicing awe-inspiring asanas!
Henry and Veronica are partners in life and teaching, and they believe yoga is above all else a tool for self-realization. They travel globally sharing their knowledge with yogis worldwide and have a combined 20 years of practice under their belts.
