Come and join Chef Ugo Federico and guest Chef Alaa Musa for an intercontinental culinary experience at Racines Brussels, where Italian and Israeli delicacies will be brought together.
The chefs will be preparing a 5-course menu, which can be paired with Israeli and Italian wine.
The menu will focus on seasonal ingredients and will be made in a sustainable way. Each chef will create a menu of their own highlighting the delights of both traditions. Furthermore, they will create one unique dish together.

About our guest chef:
Alaa Musa, born in Acre, started off by working at a local fish and seafood restaurant. Later, he proceeded to study culinary arts at Dan Gourmet. At age 21 he held the position of sous-chef. He continued with an international career where he worked at 3 Michelin-starred restaurants and learnt the secrets of molecular cooking. Finally, he returned to Acre and opened his own fish and seafood restaurant ELMARSA.
Racines Bruxelles - an Italian restaurant based in Brussels, Part or the "slow food" movement, specialized in using seasonal and local produce.
The restaurant recently celebrated it's third birthday.
