Free The Genie & Good Lekker
LAZY GHOST's psychedelic mood grooves have the crowds dancing their hearts out while their faces slowly melt off their skulls. The band's blend of beautifully layered guitars, multiple layered vocal harmonies, and tripped out rhythms will set them apart from others and have people talking.
Free The Genie
Free The Genie are on a mission to bridge the gaps between band and DJ, man and machine. Their live performances have apprehended the attention of the young, the old, the sitters, the dancers, the traditionalists and the progressive.
On a sweaty autumn afternoon in April, a case of beers became a promise to jam. Later that week, Good Lekker emerged from a uni storeroom for the first time. From there, GL hit the local Wollongong music scene playing a string of shows supporting the likes of Gold Member and Lupa J, as well as festivals such as Sweaty Palms on the central coast.
