In this 5 week introductory course we will explore all aspects of vinyasa yoga. This is a flowing style of yoga that co-ordinates breath and movement that helps to focus the mind, build fitness, develop flexibility and strength and induce feelings of wellbeing and self-confidence.
We will start with the foundation poses and build each week. Suitable for all, from beginners to those looking to refresh their practise.
