In this 5 week course we will use Restorative and Yin yoga poses to restore, heal, stretch, destress and relax body, mind and soul.
Restorative yoga focuses on restoring bodies using relaxing, supported poses for optimal health on all levels while Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues and the energy pathways, or meridians, of the body to activate change at that deepest level.
This class is a great way to increase or maintain flexibility, lubricate joints, release the fascia of the body, increase flexibility.
