In this session we will us as we explore pranayama [breathwork] in a supportive practice using essential oils. ‬

‪We will be using essential oils to assist the methods because the oils help us keep our immune and respiratory systems strong and healthy. ‬

‪The combination of breath and essential oils together is powerful. And, by using simple techniques and plant medicine, we are able to receive many rewards: serenity, balance, clarity, energy, and calm.‬
