Range will feature an Easter Champagne Brunch Buffet of Fried Chicken & Biscuits, paired with Perrier Jouet Brut Champagne for $75, from 10 a.m. — 3 p.m.
Guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat dining, with offerings of Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Curated Hot Sauces and Honey, a Biscuit Bar with Seasonal Jams and Compound Bitters, a Gulf Oyster Bar and a Dripping Springs Bloody Mary Bar. Other buffet items include Fancy Donuts, Deviled Eggs, Country Pork Sausage, Cast Iron Seared Beef Sausage, Roasted Jalapeño Cheese Grits, Marble Potato Confit with Bacon Cream, Crispy Fried Brussels Sprouts and daily selections from the chef. Additional stations provide Dessert Parfaits, Fried Eggs To-Order and Made-To-Order Nutella-Stuffed French Toast. Guests may also opt to add Cocktail Shrimp, East Coast Oysters, Grilled Quail, Filet Mignon or Whole Maine Lobster Enchiladas, for a supplemental charge.
