Flow // Weekly Drop-in Class
Enjoy leaning into your growth edge and coming back stronger! From a foundation of presence, we'll practice linking breath with movement, flowing from pose to pose. Building heat through long-held poses and flow, muscles will strengthen, warm, and stretch deeper. Through balance poses and inversions, develop grace through challenge. End in delicious rest. Leave fresh.
Bring water, wear comfy clothes, and come with a mostly empty belly.
((Not recommended for beginners! If you're brand new to yoga, please try the Tuesday night class first! Or the outdoor classes & restorative classes are beginner friendly too. <3 ))
Cost: You choose! I offer a sliding scale, donation-based system: "no one turned away for lack of funds". Bring something to be in gratitude and power with the flow of Life. It's my dream that this studio is a safe have for all economic backgrounds, all ages, all genders, all beliefs, all races to practice peace together. Suggested range for drop-in: ($7-15).
