Due Diligence: Beyond the Phase I

Get Directions

#var:page_name# cover

In the world of corporate mergers and acquisitions, environmental due diligence can and should include more than a Phase I. There are many potential environmental impacts to be investigated in the due diligence phase, including environmental health and safety compliance and system reviews, sustainability measures, wetlands, water resources, global raw material supply chains and climate adaption considerations.

At this program, we'll discuss these additional environmental factors and how to evaluate them, allowing you to help your clients undertake a more expansive review of environmental impacts on subject operations or business. With speakers from Eli Lilly and Ramboll, our panel includes representatives from the environmental consulting and corporate worlds who have successfully navigated their clients through such investigations, mergers and acquisitions.
