Feeling like your life is busy and full but you are not at peace? This evening teaching will help you explore a treasure trove of techniques to handle stress and anxiety and access the nature of your heart/mind. Join world-renowned Tibetan lama Dza Kilung Rinpoche for seven styles of meditation, developed to bring ease and balance into pressured modern lives. Instructions will be drawn from his experience and his book, The Relaxed Mind: A Seven-Step Method for Deepening Meditation Practice. Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike. There will be teachings, guided meditation periods, and a chance to ask questions of a Tibetan Master. And at the end of the evening, you might just find that the most valuable form of richness is your own relaxation.
During the break Rinpoche will be happy to sign books.
